Palermo Realty & Development is a family owned and operated business that spans three generations, with 30 years of expierience in the Construction, Development and Property Management businesses.

Aside from new homes and condominiums for sale, Palermo Realty & Development owns and manages over five hundred rental units that range in rent from $275.00 to $1,850.00 per month. Our rentals include: luxury townhomes, modest affordable units, single family homes, student housing, and short term furnished corporate rentals.

Palermo Realty & Development has received recognition for its work in the community, receiving awards such as the "Brick and Mortar Award", the "Preservation in Bloom Award" for the restoration of historic buildings. Joe Palermo Jr., President and Chief Operating Officer not only is a long time board member of the American Red Cross, but has received the Guiseppi Manzini "Man of the Year" award for his efforts to spearhead the construction of a new home that was donated to four orphan boys whose parents both suddenly died within eighteen months of each other.
